Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Proposal (the "Service"), operated by the platform owner ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

3. The Service

AI Proposal lets you generate, store, and export AI-created proposal and pitch deck content. Generation consumes tokens, which may be purchased or granted. Tokens, membership access, and pricing are described on the relevant pages of the Service and may change at our discretion.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Purchased tokens and membership access are granted once payment is confirmed. Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion; contact us through the Contact page. Fee changes apply prospectively only.

5. Acceptable Use

• You will not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• You will not attempt to access, disrupt, or reverse-engineer systems, data, or accounts that are not yours.
• You will not scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or other users.
• You will not submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have rights to use.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit and the proposals you generate. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.

7. AI-Generated Output

Proposal content is generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated output before relying on or sharing it. We make no guarantee that generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service's software, design, branding, and features are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with notice where practical.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
